- Acquire new business while managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email outreach, and research tools (Google, Hoovers, ZoomInfo)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, handling high-level escalations
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and lead strategic planning sessions with client leadership
- Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Provide direction and performance coaching to direct reports
- Monitor KPIs and oversee daily operational tasks for your team
- Guide quoting, communication, and execution to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Maintain a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including load count, gross profit, and CRM activity
- Demonstrate Circle’s “No-Fail Service” mindset by minimizing preventable issues
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and consistency in daily tasks
