What You’ll Be Doing As an Account Manager
You’ll own the day-to-day success of your customer accounts. You’ll manage relationships, oversee freight operations, and make sure everything runs smoothly from tender to delivery to billing. You’ll work cross-functionally to solve problems fast and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
● Own day-to-day account management—maintaining, growing, and optimizing existing clients
● Build strong, trust-based relationships through proactive and transparent communication
● Coordinate load creation, appointment scheduling, and execution with shippers, receivers, and internal teams
● Lead regular continuous improvement and strategy calls with customers and internal stakeholders
● Monitor tender volumes, KPIs, and customer scorecards; address variances and performance feedback
● Partner with Carrier Sales to ensure load coverage, rate alignment, and service expectations
● Support carrier and driver adoption of mobile tracking and visibility tools
● Ensure CRM and TMS systems are fully updated with SOPs, billing protocols, and contact details
● Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts or bring in new business
● Collaborate across departments to resolve issues quickly and deliver a seamless customer experience

What You Bring to the Table
● 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or account management
● Ability to learn and navigate TMS and CRM platforms
● Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and professional
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail
● Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
● Problem-solver mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude
● Dependable, ethical, and accountable
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office
● Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
