As a Director of Data Science and Technology, you will be leading, and monitoring your team of IT & Data Specialists and the service they provide. You will also work on software development and engineering projects. You will oversee the smooth running of company technology systems and programs whilst ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. .
What You’ll Do
- Ensure top quality IT support is given to our Admin & Operations team.
- Project manage all active IT projects through completion.
- Maintain goal tracking for IT projects and ensure successful program implementation.
- Order replacement hardware or new software needed for operations.
- Create new IT processes to improve efficiency and customer service.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and networks.
- Manage software development and engineering projects.
- Contribute to planning meetings around IT and building needs.
- Attend necessary management meetings and provide insight to IT needs.
- Implement the rollout of new applications or updates.
- Train and develop your IT Specialists who report to you.
- Managing server network and ensuring consistent up time.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- 3-5 years of work experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, IT/Network Helpdesk or logistics required.
- Above average proficiency in Google Suite Apps and Administration; Microsoft Office (vlookup, pivot tables, reports) is required.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with intermediate PC Helpdesk, VOIP deployment and support, and Networking setup and administration is required.
- Experience using hand tools and light power tools to assemble and set up furniture and display mounts is strongly preferred.

Education & Certifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
